Amy Graydon is a proven Federal executive and recognized leader in fostering partnerships to advance critical infrastructure security, preparedness, and resilience. With three decades of experience in public service, she has worked across a range of mission areas—including national security, transportation, education, immigration, and tax administration—with the majority of her career focused on bringing diverse stakeholders together to strengthen the nation’s critical infrastructure across both physical and cyber domains.

As a charter member of the Cybersecurity Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Amy helped shape the foundation of the nation’s first federal agency dedicated to helping organizations understand, manage, and mitigate evolving risks and emerging threats to the nation’s critical infrastructure. Amy has led complex initiatives and multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of the Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education. She is known for translating strategy and policy into actionable programs, building trusted relationships, and creating collaborative solutions that enhance preparedness, improve operational resilience, and strengthen coordination among federal, state, local, tribal, and private-sector partners.

Throughout her career, Amy has helped organizations navigate complex challenges by aligning partners around shared goals and delivering measurable improvements in security, resilience, and mission effectiveness.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University.
