Our Story
The Center for Cross-Sector Coordination was founded in 2026 by Kelly Murray and Dave Wulf, senior executives with longstanding, trusted relationships across federal agencies and the private sector. Launched in strategic partnership with Homeland Security Today, the media platform for CXC, the Center combines public sector insight with private-sector agility to address complex cross-sector challenges.
A not-for-profit organization, CXC is designed as an industry-driven association focused on strengthening our interdependent national ecosystem through actionable insights and cross-sector dialogue.
