  • John Bonsell

    John Bonsell is Senior Vice President for Government Affairs at SAIC, a role he is has held since 2021.  He is also the incoming Chairman of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Council and the Professional Services Council (PSC).

    John served previously as the Majority Staff Director for the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC), the Legislative Director and as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Senator Inhofe, and as Minority Staff Director for the SASC.

    John graduated from Pennsylvania State University. He served over 20 years in the United States Army in a variety of command and staff positions.

  • Bob Kolasky

    Bob Kolasky is Senior Vice President for Critical Infrastructure at Exiger where he focuses on developing cutting-edge risk management solutions for critical infrastructure companies and supporting government agencies. Mr. Kolasky joined Exiger after 15 years as a senior leader in the Federal government, where he was responsible for foundational work in national security risk management, to include the development of the National Critical Functions risk framework.

  • Eric R. Byer

    Eric R. Byer is a passionate, pro-business advocate for the chemical distribution industry as CEO and president of the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD). Since taking the helm of ACD in January 2014, he has been a tireless leader in growing the organization’s public policy programs and its outreach with our nation’s leaders on Capitol Hill and with regulatory agencies. Eric has championed the growing and diversified chemical distribution industry. He is focused on ensuring excellence in ACD’s Responsible Distribution, the industry’s most comprehensive environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability standards.

  • Kelly Murray

    Kelly Murray co-founded the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination (CXC), building on 20 years as a risk expert and senior executive with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She is also the President and Founder of Resilience and Risk Solutions, which provides expert strategic policy, legislative approach, organizational development, risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, emergency management, and program development for critical infrastructure and government partners, driving impactful change and increased national and economic security and resilience. 

  • Dave Wulf

    Dave Wulf co-founded the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination (CXC), following his 30-year career leading Federal government organizations and programs in the homeland-security, law-enforcement, alcohol-beverage, and maritime arenas.  In addition, Dave leads CrossStar Strategies, a strategic advisory firm that works with companies, trade associations, and public-sector institutions that are navigating complex regulatory, policy, and operational challenges.
