Annie Hunziker Boyer

Chief Program Officer

Annie Hunziker Boyer is the Chief Program Officer at the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination. Previously, she spent fifteen years in federal service, most recently at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as the Chief of Policy, Rulemaking and Engagement in the Office of Chemical Security. In this capacity, she managed domestic and international stakeholder engagement, communications, policy, and regulatory issues. She also oversaw the development of new programs and products. Ms. Hunziker Boyer’s other experience includes serving as a special assistant to senior executives, leading the office’s communications team, coordinating operations with field staff, and building international partnerships as a special advisor to an ambassador at the Department of State.

Ms. Hunziker Boyer received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Francophone Studies from Cornell University. She holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration from American University. Ms. Hunziker Boyer served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2006-2008.
